We thank you for shopping with us and want everyone to be happy with their purchase. If you receive broken or defective products in your shipment, then we will most certainly make that right. But we are also here to help if you just decide any items in your order are not for you...not the right fit, color or size, etc.
We accept returns on regular priced merchandise for exchange or refund 14 days after order date. Items must be in new condition with the tags attached. Specifically, the item does not show signs of wear or damage in any way. In addition, the return process must be initiated via our ONLINE RETURN CENTER within 14 days and the item needs to be received by us within 30 days of original date of purchase. Sale and Holiday merchandise is final sale.
If the item you are returning is not damaged or defective and you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping expense of returning it (or may return it to one of our stores to avoid shipping charges).
