We thank you for shopping with us and want everyone to be happy with their purchase. If you receive broken or defective products in your shipment, then we will most certainly make that right. But we are also here to help if you just decide any items in your order are not for you...not the right fit, color or size, etc. 

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in new condition with the tags attached.  Specifically, the item does not show signs of wear or damage in any way.  In addition, the item must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date and must not be a special order or a custom order.  Please do not return items past the 30 day window as we are unable to accept them.

If the item you are returning is not damaged or defective and you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping expense of returning it (or may return it to one of our stores to avoid shipping charges).

In order to be eligible for a refund, please fill out "return" form included with your order and include in the shipment.  If you need assistance with your return, please email us at hello@heydaisy.com.
